Our corporate careers were dedicated to “fixing” organizations.

Develop a more comprehensive strategy and then execute it. Find the problem, fix it, and then build the process to prevent it from returning. Make everything easier, better, faster, and cheaper. The methodologies, tools, and frameworks we put into practice changed and the size of the customer varied from start-up to global conglomerate. And while each project was described differently, at their core they were nearly all the same. Eventually a pattern emerged in the results achieved and we had our “Aha!” moment.
The more we focused on helping the employees to truly be fulfilled and engaged at work, regardless of the project definition or desired outcome, the greater the end result and long-term sustainability of performance for both the individual and overall organization.
