I have worked for a medium-sized family owned manufacturing company for several years now. Every Fall the family hosts an employee appreciation day. We work a half-day, paid for the full-day, where they provide lunch, we play games, and raffle off prizes ranging from 65″ flatscreen tv’s to PS-5’s to Yeti coolers. They truly go all out for their employees. It is amazing. The employees love it and everyone truly feels like they are part of the family. I have personally never felt so connected and appreciated by the company I work for.
